Would the medium bb cream blend well with african american skin tones?

I am a C3 in MAC foundations and frequently find it very difficult to find the correct color match with most products because they tend to be too rose-based or too orange based. I have a slightly yellow undertone, which I attribute most probably to my Filipino/Chinese heritage (I am mixed with 50% Italian, so I also have an olive-like tone as well, very difficult to match) and I would say the "medium" (not "medium/light", but "medium") color of this BB cream works really well with my skin tone. So if you happen to be near a MAC store and ask for a sample of C3 powder or foundation and it matches your skin tone at MAC, I'd say "medium" in this bb cream would work pretty well. It is, however, a slight slight super slightly a bit on the lighter end of the spectrum - I tan very quickly and this might be too light to apply to a tanned face during summertime for me.

Is this a full coverage bb cream? Is it good for concealing moderate/severe acne?

I have acne scars and redness and it covered it really well! I would use a concealer for newer breakouts.. But it deff helps conceal redness and scarring.. I also used a colored cover girl powder

How would this BB cream be for oily skin?

It works great on oily skin. My skin is oily and this BB cream kept my skin from being oily while it was on.

How well does this product cover facial redness?

The product covers facial redness that is associated with acne very well. I don't know how well it covers other types of redness but I would recommend trying it. The product is gentle and soothing. It also doesn't cause acne and it helps to clear the face. My face which once had acne is now clear from just using this product and washing it off with a Burts Bees cleanser. It's likely that the product could do the same for you.
