Got this because the gym I went to had this roller. Loved the roller so much I bought one of my own since I no longer go to that gym. Arrived on time and have been using since day one. Forearms are toasted after 2-3 sets and all rollers I have used prior to this including grips have not compared. I can feel a difference in forearm strength and size already.

Great forearm builder. It works so well that all users will be amazed. Few exercise equipments ever work as good—this is the Gold standard for all exercise equipment—to deliver demonstrable results per use. It is very strong, and well made. The workout effectiveness is superb, because a user will be encouraged to continue using it, because you can feel the results—you earned it and it pays it out in demonstrable results. Comfort is so, so unless you have giant hands, but that is what makes it so effective for me, the Fat Grip. All in all, it is worth the money—it is a great purchase.

Way way back in 2008 I made one of these from a metal coffee can filled with cement a dog chain loop thing that spins in the ground a rope and old wooden broom handle. And this was a very effective tool for a long time. Got my forearms huge and vainy for sure. But this is a different level. The handle is extremely comfortable and works more of your hand because it's wider so you'll feel that muscle pad in your thumb lighting up after a few reps which is really nice. Being able to load it with different weight as opposed to my coffee can contraption is fantastic. And the over all build quality for the price here is awesome. Seems like it will last a long time cuz of the nylon strap that's used instead of a rope. Definitely enjoy having this great tool around. And if you're looking to really get a great pump with this try and under hand grip instead of over hand. Definitely hits different that way.

Great product. Good grip that is wide enough to hold and hit every part of the muscle. Grip pads for resistance that way it wont slide if your hands are sweaty and the chain makes it easy to add weight for more resistance. Small and easy to use.

Love the thick handles. Very comfortable and very secure. I previously bought a much cheaper one that failed after the first use. This one has been designed to last. Definitely recommended. The strap seems a little thin compared to the rest of the system. If it was to fray and break, fixing it would be a problem. There could also be a bit more flare where the strap winds to keep it on track and avoid strap wear, but overall, this is a great wrist roller. This is my first choice among all that I have seen.

This is the absolute best forearm roller I have ever used . ITs silky smooth to use and the thick bar really aids in activating those muscle fibers to the maximum. I did multiple sets with it and my pump was completely mind blowing!!!! It’s worth every penny and I will be using it on a regular basis to beef up my forearms and aid grip strength!

Does exactly what it sets out to do which is give your forearms a burn. I currently use this with a 5lb plate and can feel that burn after just 3 sets of rolling it up and rolling it back down. This is great to do while watching TV and multitasking with a nice forearm workout. The grips are thick and feel sturdy. It seems like a solid piece of equipment that will hold up for years. A+

Over the years I've had several wrist & forearm rollers, starting with the classic cut-down old piece if broom handle with a hole drilled in the center and piece of string hanging from it (everyone's dad or grandfather seemed to have one of those). This by far the best one that I've tried as it is the first one that I've used that has used a strap rather than a string and also a wider grip in the handles. The strap means that the weight doesn't move around or spin when you're doing reps, it just goes straight up and down. Also, the wider grip makes a huge difference! However many reps you're used to doing with a roller, you probably won't be able to do as many with this one as the wider grip really makes your forearms burn! The whole thing seems very well made and looks like it will last a long time.

Its looks very simple but this will test your pain resistance while doing forarm workout. This really pumps the forarms to max within few reps. Amazaing product with good quality.
