Bonne façon de prendre du complexe B. La pilule est un peu grosse, mais le goût ne me dérange pas, il est presque bon (comparé à d'autres que j'ai déjà essayés). Il y en a beaucoup pour le prix, et cette marque est toujours ma préférée pour la qualité de ses suppléments et son prix. Après quelques mois à les prendre, je vois une différence sur mon énergie au cours de la journée. Je ressens moins de fatigue en milieu d'après-midi, vers 15 h. Habituellement, c'était mon heure de crash, mais maintenant, je me sens beaucoup moins affectée par cette vague de fatigue qu'avant.

Get this if you're willing to power through the initial smell and taste of the pill. Its strong, like really dense yeast or chicken broth, and not the good smelling kind. You do get used to it, but it can be off putting at first. When you take this, you become "awake" but not stimulated like coffee, and it helps along side l-tyrosine. 5 star because I don't really care about the smell or taste. You gotta do what you gotta do, I suppose.

I’ve been taking this Vitamin B mostly to help with sore muscles. While I didn’t notice a big energy boost, it seemed to support muscle recovery and overall wellness. It’s easy to take and gentle on my stomach. If you’re looking for energy, it might not be the strongest, but for muscle support, it’s been helpful!
