Worked perfectly. My daughter was paralyzed and had been in the hospital for over a month and those shampoo rinse free caps just were not appealing. I got this and washed her hair while she laid in her bed. She was comfortable, her hair was completely clean after and the drain tube made it easy for the water we needed.

It's ok I guess. I could not get it to pump up all the way. It did but not full/plump as the picture no matter how long I tried for using the pump and exts I have that fit in it that are normally for and air lounge chair I have.They should provide at least an ext since they don't provide the pump since but it should've pumped up like the picture idk what the issue was it had no holes or anything.I was disappointed because as I was soaking my hair in it I could feel that water was escaping from where I lay my next alot did and no I didn't overfill it it's the design tbh. I also am not able to submerge the roots at the front of my hair very well in this. It just doesn't allow for it or maybe cause I chose to put less water than it could hole due to the pump up issue.I saw hard plastic ones didn't want to get them cause I more so bought this to detox my dreadlocks and I didn't want my neck hurting after laying it on hard plastic but it may be a better option that this since it's not working as advertised for me.

I wish we would have discovered a long time ago because it’s so easy and convenient. Especially now that I broke my leg.

This product was very useful. It came in handy when I needed to help my friend wash her hair after she had an operation and was unable to wash her hair or bathe so this product made a difference really appreciated something like this for her.
