My favorite lactose free cheese. Both taste and texture is delicious. Quality is great. Recomend.

Great cheese
I’ve started to buy Arla Lacto Free cheese as my partner is lactose intolerant. This cheese tastes great and importantly melts really well. I used it to make a roux cheese sauce, a macaroni cheese and a cauliflower cheese. Both turned out perfectly. It’s a little pricey but worth it.

My lactose intolerant guest loves it
Unlike many lactose free cheeses this melts and behaves as you would expect a standard cheese to melt. Great for topping a Lasamga or even cheese and potato pie- it doesn’t compromise any taste for being free from Lactose sugars

I dont like cheese.. I know shocker haha! But this is my sons favourite cheese and it doesnt upset his stomach.

Thank goodness for Arla
Being lactose intolerant, Arla are a godsend for me. I buy all their dairy products. Bizarrely, this pack is the same weight as a block of their cheese, but it somehow feels like half, so probably best to stick to the block if you’re calorie counting as it’s too easy to tip the whole pack out.
