Absolutely love this very special toilet seat. Easy to install and works perfectly. Looks so cool in our bathroom and performs all functions beautifully. Heated seat is great for these cold mornings and the warm air bottom dryer is just bliss! I would include a video, but I don’t think anyone needs to see me on the loo! 🤣 Honestly, going to the toilet will never be the same again. I feel like a king! And no more toilet wipes and the risk of clogging up the pipes!

After much research, I decided to purchase the VOVO VB-4100SR Round Electric Smart Bidet Toilet Seat, and it’s been an upgrade that I’m truly glad I made! The installation was straightforward, even for someone like me who isn’t particularly handy, and it fit my round toilet perfectly. The features of this bidet seat are where it really shines. The adjustable water pressure and temperature options make the experience customizable and comfortable. The heated seat is a fantastic touch, especially on cold mornings, and the warm air dryer works effectively enough to reduce the need for toilet paper, which is a nice bonus for both comfort and sustainability. One small critique is that the control panel could be a bit more intuitive. It took a few uses to get fully familiar with all the options, but now that I’ve got the hang of it, it’s easy to operate. Also, the night light feature is a great addition—no more fumbling in the dark. Overall, the VOVO VB-4100SR has been well worth the investment, adding convenience, comfort, and a bit of luxury to my bathroom routine. As a note to UK purchasers, you need to ensure that your electrical installation fully complies with the relevant regulations. If in doubt consult a QUALIFIED electrician. I highly recommend it for anyone considering a smart bidet seat!

Having recently returned from a trip to Japan to see my son and his family, we were impressed by the smart toilet seat there which are a feature in most family homes and hotels. I don’t usually do reviews but I’m so impressed with this seat and I thought it may be helpful to give an insight after 3 weeks of use and also provide a summary on fitting the product. Features The product works very well. We leave the toilet seat heater and the UV light on all the time. The remote fits neatly on our tiled bathroom wall. The water temperature can be selected as can the pressure to suit. The turbo wash function is excellent, although the dryer is not particularly good (final dry only following the customary wipe with paper). I have read reports that no paper is required – we have not found this, but certainly less is required as the bidet function does most of the “work”. Installation Living in the UK, we do not have sockets in our bathrooms. The electrical connection comes with a fitted UK plug. I cut this off, ran the cable under the bath (after removing the bath panel) and then drilled through from the bedroom next door. I fitted a fused spur from a socket which was on the ring main and wired the cable directly to this. A plumbing kit is included with the seat – this is a basic plastic T connection with a flexi hose for fitting to the toilet. I had read the importance of ensuring that a check valve was important to avoid any contamination issues with the water supply – I’m not sure if this feature is integral to the seat and didn’t want to take any risks. I decided to use JG Speedfit fittings (as shown in the photos). First, I fitted a 15mm double check valve to the copper pipe inlet. I then used a plastic push-fit 15mm T from where I attached two ½” x 15mm flexible tap connectors (one to the toilet cistern, the other to the seat. I found it easier to assemble the valve and the T first due to the restrictions of space in our installation. No leaks first time!

Am very impressed by this product. Out of the gate this obviously a slightly awkward one to review, but I shall do my best. Installation was surprisingly easy - it just tees into your normal cistern connection for plumbing, and the mounting bracket gives a good amount of adjustment. Do make sure you get the right size. You will need an electrical socket or wiring point near your loo, please talk to a qualified electrician if you need advice on that. The quality is excellent, with a great range of functions. Each of these is adjustable; e.g there are 5 levels of water pressure and 3 levels of temperature. You can also adjust the position of the nozzle via the controller, so easy for households to change setting to suit individual. It does everything you could possibly want; cleaning, deodorising, drying, heated seat. The controller is clearly labelled and easy to use. It comes with a magnetic mounting bracket that can be fixed to your wall for convenience. Since these are a relatively new thing in the uk it’s worth pointing out that they really do work. You probably still want some loo roll handy, but you’ll use far less. This seat specifically also does a great job of keeping the nozzle clean - it will self clean automatically when it retracts, though you can extend it fully (as in pic) if you want to do a more thorough job. So no hygiene concerns. The quality seems excellent, though obviously I haven’t had it long. It’s made in Korea, home of Samsung, Hyundai, LG etc so you can expect high standards of manufacture. All the instructions and buttons are in clear English. You are also ordering direct from the manufacturer, so expect the best prices and service. Overall great product, highly recommended. A fully functional seat without having to spend a fortune on a new loo. Also please do not judge my bathroom, I am in the process of redecorating! 2024: an addition. I had some issues with nozzle alignment. Thought to myself 'oh dear, usual combination of electronics, impossible servicing and warranties'. Nope. VOVO have really comprehensive repair PDFs on their website. Expected an afternoon of attempted fixes, accidental leaks etc, ended up taking 20 mins or so. For safety/liability suggest that any servicing be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Pour commencer, deux jours après avoir acheté le produit je vois que son prix a été abaissé de 120€. Je contacte le vendeur Vovo qui accepte sans discussion de procéder à un ajustement, et deux jours plus tard 120€ étaient virés sur mon compte bancaire ! Merci à eux et à Avery, mon contact chez Vovo. Le produit a pu être monté facilement et sans outil, si ce n'est une clef anglaise pour relier l'arrivée d'eau. Je n'ai pas eu besoin d'aller au magasin de bricolage pour l'installation de deux bidets identiques sur deux WC à l'ancienne. Le raccord fourni en métal s'insère bien entre le robinet et le WC si votre tuyauterie (en métal dans mon cas) est suffisamment souple. J'ajoute que je n'ai pas eu besoin d'utiliser le gabarit papier fourni pour l'ajustement, qui se fait facilement sans lui. La notice pourrait contenir un peu plus d'explications, mais le fonctionnement d'ensemble est assez intuitif, les videos d'utilisateurs sur Youtube peuvent apporter quelques compléments. Tout fonctionne parfaitement sur les deux bidets après quelques semaines, un modèle de simplicité avec tout ce qu'il faut (pas plus) pour les réglages. Toutes les fonctions - il les a toutes ! - sont efficaces, sauf pour le séchage qui, même après la durée standard (2 minutes) à température max reste insuffisant pour ne pas bénéficier de l'emploi d'une petite serviette. Mais tous les autres produits, même les plus chers du marché, semblent partager ce défaut. Peut-être une puissance augmentée à température raisonnable (pas le max qui serait trop chaud), genre le sèche-cheveux de la piscine, pourrait le faire, je ne sais pas. Bref ce Vovo est un produit très abouti, nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix, et le prix d'achat final (environ 300€) me semble tout à fait justifié.

Mi piace molto il sedile riscaldato in pieno inverno! After 1 year of use, I can say it's very well made and worth the money spent. Super if you have a small bathroom without a bidet. Simple installation. I really like the heated seat in the middle of winter!

Va de maravilla, el único pero que ya había leído es el secado, no seca de todo un poquito de papel higiénico y listo pero por lo demás genial.

Toalettsitsen verkar väldigt bra. Säljare har en toppnotch customer service. Formen passade inte så bra min toalett även om det hade fungerat att använda det.
