This works on both large 6oz tubes as well as fitting 3oz thinner tubes. I didn’t realize that it came with two adapters to fit different sizes, to be clear, two white adapters and one actual tush swiper that attaches to the adapters. The 6oz tube of Honest Every Day Diaper Rash Cream fit the rush swiper perfectly without the need of the adapter. With an adapter it fits a 3oz tube of roe diaper rash cream. These are the only two I’ve tried but think it will work with many different brand creams. The Tush swiper works well, and so much more convenient than having an extra diaper spatula to keep track of!
