Review: Updated: get the unflavored! - UPDATE: their customer service reached out to me, they offered a refund AND a complimentary bag of the unflavored powder! I accepted and am really satisfied with it, it truly has no flavor or aftertaste!! I’ve been using it in all sorts of foods, smoothies, and even hot beverages. You do need to blend it for the texture to be right, just putting in a shaker bottle does not fully dissolve it, which is not an issue for me since I’m always adding fats and fiber to my protein for better absorption. Highly recommend the unflavored version, will buy it again! ORIGINAL: I was REALLY hoping this was going to be THE protein powder I would finally be loyal to. Unfortunately, the vanilla flavor is unbearably sweet. It does mix very well, doesn’t have any weird after taste, and has a great protein amount. Wondering if I should try the unflavored, but with no satisfaction guarantee or returns it feels like too much risk.

UPDATE: their customer service reached out to me, they offered a refund AND a complimentary bag of the unflavored powder! I accepted and am really satisfied with it, it truly has no flavor or aftertaste!! I’ve been using it in all sorts of foods, smoothies, and even hot beverages. You do need to blend it for the texture to be right, just putting in a shaker bottle does not fully dissolve it, which is not an issue for me since I’m always adding fats and fiber to my protein for better absorption. ### ⭐ way too sweet, beefy aftertaste

Unfortunately, this was the WORST tasting protein powder I have ever had. I appreciate the clean ingredients but it is ridiculously too sweet. I get that it's monk fruit sweetener but the level of sweetness does not correlate to a health product. It also has a very strong beefy aftertaste, almost like bone broth, and combined with the sweetness - it's just unpleasant. Tried to mask it with berries in a smoothie but I couldn't get past it. I wish it was unsweetened, then I could at least use it in soup or like a bone broth base. Very clumpy too.
