Disappointing, I thought it would be softer.
Looking at the picture, it looked fluffy, very soft and big. But once arrived, I was disappointed of the size (I should have checked better the size) and the quality of the fluffiness and softness is no there to be honest. It is soft, but it doesn't look like the picture.They probably goes another carpet for the picture or brushed it with a pet brush to look more fluffy. But I'm not going to spend an hour trying to hope getting that result, not sure it'd work.
