I have a Mitel Superset 4025 telephone, and purchased this headset because my telephone model was listed as compatible. This particular headset had great reviews compared to the previous one that I purchased which had a 3 star rating and was less expensive than this one. I returned it to the seller because it stopped working after only 4 weeks of use. After installing this headset, I found that no one on the other end of the line could hear me, and assumed it was a microphone issue. I contacted Mairdi, and they promptly found the solution to my headset issue. It turns out that I needed a different adapter than what was originally sent. The adapter arrived within a week of identifying the issue and now the headset works great - it's comfortable, functional, and very clear in sound and speech.
