I got arthritis on both feet and knees, plus I am a very active person, daily! So I needed something for my legs to releave the pain.. this product works wonders! It has all vitamins needed for your lower extremities

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis about 6 months ago and at one point the joint pain was so severe I ordered a mobility scooter for work. Well I have to say that it’s hard for me to judge exactly how well this works simply because I was out in medication to treat my RA and also to help get me through a really bad flair up. I was taking this at the time and it did seem to help I think but in all honesty, I don’t really think it’s any more deceive than the Glucosamine supplement I buy at Costco and it is a much larger bottle with almost the exact same looking tablets. I did notice an improvement though so I do suggest giving this a try but for me, it just hasn’t been worth it:

This review is for osteogenics Plus.I have taken almost a whole bottle of this now and I have to say it does help. When I take it I noticed less creaking and popping in my joints, and I'm not quite as stiff. It's not a cure, but it does help.The worst thing about this medication is that the pill sizes are very large and it is a compressed pill. If I take it fast I can't taste it or smell it. You have to take three of these though for one serving! This is the medication best taken by someone who takes pills well.It's a good formula with everything that I know of that's good for arthritis in it except for maybe cat's claw. It does have devil's claw in it though, Frankincense and ginger as well as willow bark. It's also got hyaluronic acid and glucosamine and collagen in it, so it's an herbal supplement as well as providing nutritional support for arthritis. I quit taking it once and it took about 5 days for me to notice that it was working again. I don't have any sort of side effects from this. It does contain shellfish though, so people with shellfish allergies should avoid taking it. There may be other allergens in it - Make sure you check the label closely if you have allergy problems, because there's a lot packed into these pills. I do think it's a good value because it's a great formula with a lot of different supplements combined.

I have been trying to take these regularly because I've got arthritis in my hip that has been so painful. It does seem to have been hurting a lot less, so these may be the reason. The pills are large dry tablets, the kind that I really don't enjoy taking but if they will continue to help, I will continue to take them.

I am a regular exerciser who is prone to overdoing what my body can handle. This means achy joints and restless nights. I am 68 years old, have been a runner, do step aerobics, lift weights, etc..Over the past two years I have been dealing with a physical abnormality that twists my spine and have had to change the way I exercise but all that said, I work out every day and seldom take a day off. This supplement has made such a difference in my level of pain if I take it daily.I no longer run much but I do walk fast doing HIIT walks with Kathy Smith. After starting this supplement during the HIIT sections of my walk I can run, not jog but actually take long running strides. Aerobically this is not hard for me but my poor knees used to have sharp jabbing pains if I even jogged. The ability to actually run has sparked renewed interest in my exercise program, something I did not expect.Check the ingredient list of this supplement. It is amazingly comprehensive and natural. I know the white willow bark has a lot to do with the pain control but turmeric, boswellia, ginger, collagen, hyaluronic acid and cat’s claw are a fabulous blend of anti-inflammatory supplements not found in other brands.I am not fond of magnesium stearate and fillers and these tablets do contain such ingredients. They are also large and can be difficult to swallow. If they took out fillers perhaps these fab ingredients would fit in capsules of a smaller, easier to swallow size.Thus far, that is the only con I can come up with. Given the price of about $40 I really didn’t want to like or appreciate this supplement but I will be taking it and continue to age well.

So big I can't swallow them unfortunately. I wish they were smaller. If I break them in half they are still too rough and thick.
