SO, 1200 divided by 150 (per label) is 8 servings times 7 capsules per serving. I believe that comes to 56.If you need a lot of magnesium may I suggest you look at adding Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Glycinate to your regime. Different compounds of Magnesium do different jobs. Glycinate will not give you diarrhea if taken en mass. Glycinate is also very well suited for muscle support.
