There was a slight hiccup with my first set so I contacted Keh controls and they had a replacement set out to me in less than a week. Fantastic customer service. You may be label to find similar lights for a little cheaper here on desertcart, but I don’t mind paying an extra couple dollars to support a small family owned American business. Quit reading these reviews and get yourself a set! Review: Works Well. Recommended. Plenty Bright. - Going to give these 5 stars for now. I spent about 45 minutes to install this in my Gun Safe. The cables that came with this product allowed me to install the senser and battery pack in the top/back/middle of the safe and run the cable to the side, all the way to the bottom of the safe, then along the bottom to the front bottom side of the safe. I set the sensor to its lowest setting. With the placement of the sensor, the LEDs stay on while I am standing in front of the safe and turn off quickly when I close the safe. I tested this. Need to preserve battery life. I consider this the PRIME location for this product. Starting at the bottom left front side of my safe, 12 feet is enough to run it up to the top of the safe, across the top to the other side, all the way to the bottom of the safe and about 15 inches along the bottom. My safes are 40 gun safes, 700+ lbs. I have some small thumb tacks coming & very thin Velcro straps (that I will cut to fit) to help secure the LED light strip in between the actual LEDs along the strip. I am avoiding puncturing the 12-foot LED strip. The sticky back works well, but I see that over time, it will start to come loose. The one thing the LED strip does not do well is turn corners. Some other brands break up the length with short cables which makes things more efficient to change directions with the strips. I knew what I was buying though. I am still satisfied with this product. Lights up my safe well. I am satisfied with the lighting. I included some pictures but did not include a full image of the inside of my safe. Mainly, people do not need to know what I have in my safes. :) ## Features - Please note. There is a in and out of the motion sensor. Out goes to the led and in goes to battery pack If not correct the lights will not shut off Super bright 12ft led AA batteries(3) remote motion sensor - ATTENTION: 4/8/24. We have had some customers having issues with rechargable batteries. The positive nipple is shorter than normal batteries and causes a bad connection. Make sure positive nipple makes contact inside battery pack on all 3 batteries. .3m sticky good for metal and carpet safes, 10/5/20 new lighter led for better adhesion to carpet - CUSTOMER SUPPORT email is located in the legal disclaimer section towards the bottom. This is gonna sound bad but if you have zero fabrication skills to figure out a way to get these leds to stick inside your gun case please dont buy our product. Use alcohol before sticking to metal safe and possibly some thumb tacks for carpeted safes. I cannot check them on all gun safes.
