Poor Quality Product
I had purchased this mobile for my mother but the sound quality is very poor .My mother cannot clearly hear the conversation from other side.I wish to go for some superior quality phone but the return window was open till yesterday.Kindly guide whether the same can be replaced with some better one.

A bad product
i bought this phone so as to detox from all the social media and whatsapp. But this phone doesnât even do the basics right.1)the call voice quality isnât great2) just three alarms can be put that too without any label3)within 4-5 days of usage , it will show you the alert that text message inbox is full.And I donât even use it for texting. The inbox gets full by just the 3-4 promotional messages ones receive.The reason i bought it over the other was just i liked the looks.But if you are looking for value for money , please buy some other feature Phone

It's all that i want for my father
A genuine brand and very simple for use by aged person.1. Battery standby around d 2 days2. Value for money, in market otll cost around 3500/- ,3. Sound is good,4. Display is big one

A good phone for Voice and SMS communication purposes
For someone who needs a basic phone just to send and recieve call, send and recieve SMS messages and FM Radio one could call this the best in the category. The battery charge lasts one full day with average calls. Mind you it has no camera, no slot for memory card, no music player, no video player, no voice recorder, no call recorder, no WLAN, no internet, no bluetooth, cannot be connected to your computer. Who needs them anyway, when it is being used as a phone in addition to another Android Phone. Though the white colour is attractive the only better thing that I would wish for is that Nokia comes up with a red version and better keys as in Nokia 150 (2020)
