When I ordered this i expected to receive a 20 inch monitor like pictured, however I received a smaller square monitor instead. I understand this is a refurbished computer, but was still a little disappointed.

Fist of all I got a square screen instead the one in the photo. And it is super slow!! You can't do anything on it!! Stay away! Save your time and money!!

Havnt even plugged it in yet. Opened it up, and this is what I saw. Called immediately, and asked what they could do, and the offered to do an exchange for me, or refund the monitor, when I send it back. Like, hold on. Im okay with the scratches, if you knock down the charge, because this is MORE than "one or no marks". The man told me "are you aware this is a refurbished device"? I said I am. And they still didnt help. I dont mind sending it back, but it is only cosmetic. Take some money off to make it right, because if I wanted a computer screen that looked like it came from my moms attic, I would have gotten her old computer monitor. I bought one that was said to look new.
