Taste was great (watermelon). I’ve tried and been around the supplement market for a long time… this was a solid pump product. The pump wasn’t AMAZING but it was a great pump. For what it costs it’s an overall really good product.

Please do your research. This is a non stim pump product. If you don't train hard enough your not going to get a pump. Hints pump af. This product helps blood flow and keeps your muscles nice and tight for the bigger fuller look. Yes it helps with pushing your muscle to failure as well. As for taste, it's like any other supplement, not bad or good. Overall a great Pump product, don't expect some amazing super human feeling tho.

Taste good ~ small serving size, 0 to BEAST MODE in 20 minutes ~ The name says it all.

Love this product been taking it over a year now after I cut off caffeinated pre. This gives me a great pump right off the bat even during my warm up. The taste is good, but isn’t the BEST. The end of the drink is a bit grainy. Definitely recommend if you want a nasty pump. You can also combine with stim pre for an even better workout. 8.9/10

Ok I’m a hard core steel fan and hear me out this is an amazing product u can defiantly feel the pump and the kick it has to it the flavor hits the spot but it just has one issue either I’m adding to much or not enough but the powder dosent all dissolve in the water

Gives pretty decent pumps imo, but not bonkers. Tastes good but always grainy, even with vigorous shaking, and 24 oz water to a scoop.

Supposed to be a pre workout powder. This was obviously sitting in a warehouse for a long time as it came as a giant block of no workout powder. Clearly been subjected to water or humidity.

Taste is really chalky but it really does get the work done. My workouts were amazing. Adding caffeine to the mix imo makes it much better
