I have been using this product for two straight months. I also started using Culterelle IBS Complete Support packets, and two IBgaurd peppermint capsules in the morning. As someone who has suffered with IBS for YEARS I wanted to share this combination has improved my quality of life. Years ago I used a med from Dr (old school tri cyclic antidepressant which actually helps brain to gut communication and is used off label for that reason for IBS patients), that worked for a long time for me. These types of meds are used less as patients age so I wanted to find something else if possible that would help me have a more normal life. I purchased this as part of a protocol my Dr. recommended. He didn't recommend this exact product, left it up to me to find the best products for me. I chose this one after some research because other options for what I needed to do were not working. First, I can attest that this will cleanse your intestines of anything in them from the day you were born until the present. I took all four as recommended the first day and that was a mistake. The force of the intestinal evacuation aggravated my hemorrhoids, and my bowels kept contracting trying to squeeze out more stuff that wasn't in there, so I had to not take it for a few days while I nursed my bum hole back to health. But even at just one pill, it gave me diarrhea, and my Dr recommended to stop using it. Pros: it works like it should. Cons: Four pills is a lot, and it is not gentle. Everyone's experience is different, so please consider that as well as consulting with your primary care physician before using this - especially if you are on any prescription meds.

I know how hard it is to combat IBS. Many of us have tried many things. I think this has helped my health somewhat. To be fair, I'm also taking something called Holoimmune by Healthy Gut as well as their Holozyme product, but Silver Fern's IGG has helped. And since I have issues with histamine intolerance and sinus headaches, I also am taking quercetin long-term and 6 pills of olive oil. I'll keep taking this silver fern product for the next few months and see. Good luck.
