Cheap lock; highly recommend
Easy install for anyone who has a basic knowledge. Took more time getting the old one out. Popped the batteries in and worked without issue. Tumblers for the lock feel much smoother then our more expensive one ever did. Tip:” Long press” when locking. “Short press” when unlocking. Buttons are better then a lightup pad and easier for kids and grand-parents.

This product is absolute garbage
This lock had clearly been returned and resold as there were parts already assembled and scratched. The strike plate for the deadbolt was very thin and bent upon installation. The direction were confusing and the electronics were very finicky. Reset the unit 3 times before giving up. Wasted about 3 hours and decided to buy a different brand from a local big box store. The other brand was much easier and of higher quality, yet more expensive. You get what you pay for I guess.

Great Investment
Not having to use a key! Certain people in my family have their own entry code. Best investment you can make for your home.

Difficult to set but decent door lock
It will not allow me to change the factory setting. Tried so many times and had my 15 and 16 year old try. Otherwise if it work it is exactly as I expected.

Good, but difficult programming.
Nice looking product and solid. Problem was with programming. Instructions did not match and were not detailed. After a ton of trial and error I finally got most of them to work though.

Jibberish
This lock is unusable to me, since the ubdeciferable instructions made it impossible to program. When will the US agents for Chinese manufacturers understand that they need to vett the installation instructions to make sure they are usable. I have other locks from this group and they are good. But they are just basic locks. Beware of this product.
