For me as someone who Loves Lemon Cake and who needs the extra protein for medical reasons, These Are Freaking Amazing!! Is it Lemon Cake and am I expecting it to taste as decadent and luxurious as real lemon cake? NO, because it's a protein bar. But I Love The Taste and The Amount of Protein 20g and Calories at 200 is perfect for me and what I need. Whether it's with my coffee as a breakfast meal replacement or when I'm craving something like actual Lemon Cake as a snack, this is the perfect bar for me!! I'm truly glad that I found these!!

I reviewed the birthday cake version of this product and it was ok but it was your typical gritty bitter protein bar with birthday cake icing. This is pretty much the same thing except the lemon cake flavor and lemon icing have such a strong yet pleasant taste that it completely tastes like a lemon square or lemon pound cake and you can barely taste the protein bar. It still has the usual gritty chewy protein bar texture, but the flavor is pretty much perfect. I will say that the icing on this bar is a little bit greasy compared to the birthday cake version and that makes it less stable on a hot day. But if you have problems choking down a gross protein bar because it's bitter, chewy, and nasty, this might work for you because the flavor totally distracts me from the texture.Similar to my other review I like this product because it provides a decent amount of protein without a ton of fat. The protein bar market has been catering to the keto crowd lately and they cram as much fat into their products as they do protein. This is a fair 5 grams of fat to 20 grams of protein.

The flavor could be a bit better but it was still good. I would buy them again.Good texture, macros and price.

I otherwise would give these 5 stars because they taste great, but my package arrived with one bar missing out of the box.So I paid for a 12 pack but they gave me an 11 pack.Edit: my previous rating was a one star but I’m gonna give it 5 because the pure protein customer and Amazon customer service did great and sent me a coupon and free replacement because the box packaging was jacked up and I was missing a bar.So advice for other buyers: if your box comes in all jacked up and you’re missing stuff, make a call to customer service and they will help you out. Also again, the bars really are so freaking good, they are genuinely my favorite protein bars.

Having 20g protein is awesome..but the lemon taste is bit tangy i rather prefer chocolate one...else the protien bar is good.

These are really delicious!! They taste like the lemon pound cake from Starbucks holy moly!!!! Def try them, and they are a great deal only 2g of sugar and 20 grams of protein! I can't believe how yummy and sweet they are!!

Taste great, good size, nice snack, seem to be good ingredients, great protein content, and don't upset my stomach

I would probably buy again if I see these on sale but they were not as lemony and zesty as I would have liked.
