My husband got the flu from work. He was going on day 4 and his symptoms only got worse. He had a really bad cough, chills and a fever. We tried multiple over the counter medications but nothing was helping. I panicked and went on Amazon and came across this item. After reading the reviews, I finally decided to take the chance. So I paid the extra $3 to have it delivered the next day and I am so glad that I did! I gave this medicine to my husband and within a few hours he was bouncing back! His fever was gone, chills went away and his terrible cough was gone! His cough earlier was so bad that he couldn’t stop coughing. He had terrible cough attacks. After taking this item, most of his symptoms went away. I am so grateful that I took the chance on this new product! It’s like magic in a bottle! And it taste great, just like honey!

Not only homeopathic, but also tastes good. Works well for soothing the throat!

I love this cough syrup. It tastes good and is usually effective almost immediately. Sometimes the honey flavor isn't available with FSA (flex health spending). When it's not, I buy the original flavor, but I prefer this one. I avoid most gum additives because many are made from legumes, which I can't have. The ingredients in this are good and it works for me. It's a good value for the price.

I really enjoyed the taste of this. It contains several different homeopathic remedies which assists the body with coughing and congestion. I prefer the quality of this, which contains real sugar over some of the stuff they put in other cough syrups which don't do much to improve or hide their chemical & medicinal flavor. Plus the homeopathic remedies help to encourage the body to go into healing mode - instead of acting as a band aid to hide symptoms, only for them to return with the regular OTC cough syrups on the market. I just started with it, so time will tell how well it will help me get over this bug, but so far it does provide a lot of soothing to my sore throat so that is a win.

I love this brand and had good luck with effectiveness. This syrup provides good relief and has made my cough more productive. I don’t really care for the taste and sweetness but will continue to use because honey has good medicinal properties.

This stuff is the best cough syrup ever invented, actually really loosens phlegm and helps body recover, faster than anything else I have tried. Beware antidotes to homeopatjics though,,,such as coffee or peppermint or camphor, these block the effects.

Bought as a request by elder friend, age 87. He said it was effective and tasted great. Would buy again and again.
