This is just plain whole bean roasted coffee without any added sweeteners. If you normally like to add creamer to coffee, you can still add creamer or sweetener!

Does the packaging include a roast date?

Great question. Yes! All of our 10oz, 2lb, and 5lb bags include a roast date on the bottom for you to reference.

How fresh are the beans?

I buy mine from WHOLEFOODS. My favorite beans! Never have had an issue with not being fresh.
