I bought this book to help determine whether or not to invest in small apartments or mobile home parks. The author, I believe, is VERY thorough and covers everything for investing in mobile home parks and what to look out for. The price is more than worth it for the knowledge you gain. An essential investing guide to have, in my opinion.

I thought this was a really good book, however, I already owns several rental houses and so there was a lot of information in this book that was not new to me. I’m a beginner in learning about mobile homes but not a beginner in learning about rentals. The book was maybe too much of a beginner book for me.

I only gave 4 stars because I have not tested her technique to see if it actually works but it is easy to listen to and grasp. She delve on how to find the right bank, What questions to ask about the property and how to effectively minimize costs. Great advice and guidance.

Great detail in how and why to own a mobile home park. We are in need of more affordable housing. This book has peaked my interest.

It started slow but then she gave detailed recommendations that were very helpful and added some dimension to the outstanding course and books I purchased by Rolfe and Reynolds

This is a good book for walking you through the MHP purchase process. Some of the advice is obvious, but Laura makes some very useful suggestions and is both enthusiastic about ownership and ethical in her approach to tenants.

So much information, I look at real estate in a different fashion. Anyone who picks up this book is in for a surprise.
