Delicious and cute!
Delicious! The box is adorable and will be great as a gift box. The ginger is a bit stronger than the lemon, giving it a nice zest/spice. Arrived wrapped in plastic, the baggies of candy inside are a sealed wax paper material. Very good little candy with a bit of a gingery bite ;)

Good taste and nice packaging
This is a very small box with a very small amount of candy. I purchased just to try it. The flavor is good. I am happy with the purchase. The box was attractive too. I was surprised though by the very small quantity.

Absurdly expensive sugar
I ordered the yuzu & ramune flavor. If it is supposed to taste like rock sugar with only the barest hint of other flavor, then I guess this is a good product, but still absurdly overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're nostalgic for konpeito (and it's supposed to taste like not much besides refined sugar) or you are looking for a great japanese-themed gift box.
