12x 4W GU10 RGB+CCT LED Spotlight Color Changing and CCT WW CW Temperature Adjustable, Original Mi-Light, Bulb with a 8-Zone Remote (12x FUT103+FUT089)

If you like to be able to change the colour and brightness of your LED lighting, mi-light seems to be the best value option. You can buy the lights and remote controllers individually or in combination packs. I bought this combination pack for a ceiling unit with 8 GU10 sockets, which I point at different things in the room, so that I could control the lights individually. A small annoyance is that if you switch the lights off at the wall, which i do because it saves small bit of power that the receiver in each bulb consumes, the lights remember their colour and brightness settings, but they don't remember if you switched them off at the controller. I have some spotlights pointing at works of art, which I don't normally want on if I don't have guests, so I would prefer them to stay off unless I switch them on explicitly: the best I can do is to set them at minimum brightness. Another slight annoyance is that if the controller breaks, there doesn't seem to be a way of reprogramming the lights to a replacement controller. I have four controllers in different rooms and none of them has broken yet, but I don't like the prospect of having to buy new lights if for example a controller falls on the floor and gets stepped on.

I have had some Milight bulbs for a long time, I have been very pleased with them. I bought these GU10 spots to light up a new fireplace we are having put in. These bulbs are a newer system than the older ones I already have, the remote control has more functions on it, and on the bulbs themselves, the separate white LEDs can now be temperature controlled, IE: you can have warm or cool white, and they can also be turned on in conjunction with the coloured LEDs to give control over the colour saturation. Very pleased with them.

The remote controller allows you to dim the light, change the "temperature" of the white mode and in the colour mode you can not only choose any colour you want, but also dim it and change its "saturation" (ie make it stronger or more pastel in the chosen colour).I have fitted them in a crystal spiral drop pendant and it looks simply stunning!I definitely recommend this to anyone with a liking for creative colour.

Good quality item, value for money, you get what you pay for, I was not expecting the world but was surprised for the price, if your not looking to spend huge amounts then this item is a good shout. Been using them for a while now, not had any issues so far and better then more expensive ones out there.

Great product.

The partial faulty product was disappointing..Being unable to swap the faulty items for fully functioning bulbs was disappointing.

These light work very well but unfortunately they don't have a lens to diffuse the leds so they end up creating bright spots on anything they light up. I bought the more expensive higher wattage ones before and they have a diffuser lens that spreads the light nicely.
