Dragon Shield Playmat - Silver

First of all, I purchased this playmat because of its graphic design - it is not too bright (it looks blueish in the pic, but it is actually gray with a touch of tan dithered in) and it does not have a "busy" scene on it. This means that it does not clash with, overpower, or distract from the cards that you're playing with. This was the most important aspect that I was looking for in a playing mat; while I wanted something that looked nice, I wanted to make sure that I could still "see" my cards. The material that the graphic is printed on has a nice feel to it. It allows the cards to be picked up and moved around, but still keeps them in place. I have covers on my cards ( Ultra Pro The Magic the Gathering (MTG) Mana Deck Protectors - GREEN (80 Sleeves) and Formula 1 Magic Series 3 Mana Deck Protector, Black ), but they still don't slide around on their own - once they're placed, the has enough grip to keep them there. The bottom of the mat is a type of non-slick rubber, so it grips a table surface nicely. The mat is not very thick and it does not have much weight to it, but when you hold & play on it you get a sense of durability from it. If you're looking for something to play any card game on (especially a CCG, like MtG), I highly recommend this mat.

Maybe I just didnt read the description but its taller than I thought it was going to be, it's not a real problem or anything but it is bigger than a standard normal size mat, so it didnt fit in my mat tube, but it's cool its looks badass

I use this play mat every time I play Magic the Gathering with my friends. It protects the cards, is a great surface, and I love it. I recommend it for all card players. It has a rather caustic factory smell that has lingered to this day, and I bought it about a year ago. Just as a heads up. There are remedies for smells.

This is the first playmat I've ever owned, but I have used a couple of others. For the price, you get a very nice mat. The design is as pictured--a nice, basic design, not in-your-face colorful like some other mats. I don't want to have my playmat distract me from my cards. I use this mat to play Magic mostly. The one thing I will say negatively about it is that it came loosely folded over itself rather than rolled, so that it still doesn't lay perfectly flat on the table. Even after a month of use it still has some very small "hills." They are small enough to not interfere with moving cards around on the mat, and after another month or two I bet they will flatten out, but in the future I would buy a mat that comes rolled in a plastic protector probably.

Much larger than a standard magic playing mat, by at least a few inches, so it will not fit in standard storage tubes. I don't mind, because it looks really cool.

I really like this mat however as others have said... it should have been stored and shipped inside of a tube. Whenever I unrolled it, it was all bumpy and still doesn't want to lay completely flat. Other than that I really like it.

I really wish I had known what the size was before I bought. This is not a standard 14" x 24" mat. It's an oversize and will not fit in regular playmat tubes. That being said, the mat is very nice and has a beautiful finish. The lines are clean and clear and it works beautifully against my light color sleeves. (A little harder to see against my dark ones but that's kind of my problem.)

The extra space compared to other mats is nice. I will buy the other colors

Ich komme selber vom Cardgamen doch schon die erste Dragon-Matte ist bei mir nach kurzer Zeit an den Rechner gewandert. Jegliche Arten von Maus nutze ich mit dieser wirklich sehr gut verarbeiteten Spielmatte. Grundsätzlich muss ich sagen das es mir beim Gamen einfach nur zu blöd war diese auch noch mitzunehmen, wobei sie wirklich ihren Zweck erfüllt.

Good playmat, maybe just a bit too big (it's quite bigger than regular ultra-pro playmats)

incredibile il rapporto qualità/prezzo.misure max con prezzo mini , unico neo odore di gomma che spero svanisca presto. la stampa è buona ma non eccelsa e non sicuro con alta definizione, ma se piace il tema la si vede con quell'aspetto di antico che ha il suo perchè

C'est un banal tapis de jeu et encore à peine assez grand pour jouer à deux. Je l'avais pris pour faire une piste de dés pour un jeux de rôle et faire les jets de dés, les dés à 12 ou 20 faces cela roule plus que les dés à 6 faces et c'est aussi bruyant mais alors qu'ils étaient que 4 joueurs, le tapis était trop petit et pas assez matelassé.

Muy bueno a un precio muy asequible y la dragón shield es muy buena calidad a demás el diseño es muy minimal pero muy guapo
