These are really great vitamins easy to take taste is great no problems swallowing on because they’re nice and small. I think the only downfall is you have to take two of them but for me that’s no problem. I only take my multivitamin every other day. I have a script for these subscription rather because they’re more than worth the money if you go to the store to get a multivitamin you’re gonna pay a lot more money I have been getting all my vitamins that I need on Amazon for quite a few years now I find their much cheaper If anyone is worried about side effects, there are no side effects They are very easy to digest I just had a throat surgery and I’m having no problem with him Some people might think a multivitamin isn’t good for their energy. Oh yes, it is. I think they give you more energy than others. I would recommend these vitamins to anybody who needs a good multivitamin That centrum yeah you pay a lot more. It might be a better brand name, but you don’t get it as much and they’re not as good. I’ve taken those and they don’t agree with me for some reason I have an idea and they’re not easy to swallow. The little oval purple tablets are half the size of the regular Centrum Silver Multivits for Women 50 Plus, that's the most important take-away. You need to take two tablets per day to equal the vitamins and minerals in the larger tabs, but the tradeoff is worth it for an easier to swallow product. As we age our mouths become drier with less saliva and our food tubes, or esophagus can become sluggish in action. This makes swallowing more difficult and can create the sensation of a lump in your throat. I take one of these Centrum Minis Women's Multivitamins for 50+ twice a day with food. Pleased to see that all the components for bone health are present, calcium, magnesium, zinc, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K. Less thrilled that the calcium source is calcoum carbonate. It's cheaper than recommended calcium citrat, with less bio-availabilty, (absorption rate). Iron is present, as this is a Women's product but the target audience, 50 and older is generally finished with monthly blood loss, and can cause constipation. The overall range of vitamins and minerals is good, with emphasis on B vitamins for heart health and energy, as well as vitamins for skin, overall vitality and a few ingredients to support healthy hair and eyes. Given the coating, there is virtually no taste and I found this product caused no stomach upset when taken with food, my preference. 4.5 Stars rounded up as this is an excellent price to help maintain optimal health.

Thought I was getting a great deal but missed the part where it says take two a day. I feel that should have been prominently mentioned and not buried. other than that the product seems fine and is easier to swallow than the large ones.

My mother wanted to try taking multivitamins again. She had Centrum Silver but didn't take them. Well, I know it's hard for her to swallow big pills so I saw these minis and got them. PLUSES Yes smaller, but look at the picture. Not really mini, but easier for her to swallow. Good multi for woman over 50 Well known and respected brand. Doesn't make her sick to her stomach, but she takes after lunch. Good value for money Too early to see if they've helped her energy level or anything else, but the fact she can swallow them, they don't upset her stomach and they're a good brand, so far what I was looking for. MINUS - Not as mini as I wanted but as mini as I could find. BOTTOMLINE: Glad I got them for her because at least she's taking them.

Good vitamins. Easy to swallow. No bad after taste. Definitely needed for seniors.
