Update 8-2022... Updated to 5 stars.The set and ratchet are doing fine.The ratchet can easily be disassembled for cleaning and lubing with super lube. I recommend doing this as mine was dry when it arrived new. I use Super Lube.The most important thing is that this set has saved my butt many times when I've had to work on my parents newer cars. Every time I've had to work on either of their cars, I learn that nothing that my 20 year old Craftsman tool set, or various tools I've bought over the past 30 years would have worked on some of the fasteners I've had to remove.This set has saved me buying individual tools and, so far, has handled every fastener that a 2012 Chevy Cruze and 2016 Ford Fiesta has thrown at me when I've opened their hoods.Original review below...I grew up with Craftsman tools and currently have a 20 year old tool set that only had allen wrenches. So I decided to add this hex head socket set as it would make working on my Harley Davidson easier and give me a variety of Torx Heads as well.So far, it's been like any Craftsman tool set I've ever had. It does the job for what I need and the case is great for storage of the tools. I haven't put much use on the set, which is why the 4 stars for durability and sturdiness.One thing I didn't expect was the ratchet. When I put it in my hand, it reminded me of the feel of older Snap On's. Very comfortable.

Purchased after breaking too many cheap ones. I pulled the pins and removed the lid then slid it into my tool box drawer. Keep them well organized.

Great set, great value, expect for case.
This set is great price is good deal. Was looking for a socket Allan set, was pricing out set and buying separate. Found this complete set though has everything I need cheaper than if I bought it indivually. Used this set over a dozen times no issues with the tools. Only issue is the case is the best. Parts can easily slide or jump out of their spots. If you knock the case off a table open you will play 42pc pick up. Look into getting a socket holder if you will be using in a tool box otherwise just be careful with the case when using.
