Real Review of Products (bought both)
Iโm going to talk first about the product itself. The taste and effect as which I think is most important when buying. I saw a lot about the packaging and that unfortunately happens during shipping. And not the producers fault. Effects & Taste: I think these mimic in a light way, dark liquor. Iโve included the back which gives a suggestion how to consume. Kin website gives more recipes. I used to drink but due to my condition, being without alcohol will help me recover faster. Iโm no addict but do enjoy a nice beverage at times. And I would consider myself a picky enjoyer of fine mixed drinks. This did it for me. Day time drink (High Rhode), and evening (Dream Light). High Rhode gives a lovely boost of positive mood. And a small kick of energy. I mix H.R. with a sparkling flavored soda (bout 4-6oz). Iโm sure a juice would be fine. Very refreshing. Dream Light; it really relaxes me and I get a really good nights rest. I feel so relaxed that I sleep on time. I have trouble sleeping due to anxiety and other things. So I love this one in particular. A true night cap. You could drink this on itโs own like a shot I suppose. Not the best taste in its own (itโs made to be mixed), but I donโt know what โliquorโ does haha. I love them both. Iโd say I feel the effects maybe between 15-30mins. Depending on how much you ate. Packaging: As you can see, it was packed with care, and arrived safe. Iโve gotten plastic bottles that burst open due to lack of care from drivers. So please keep that in mind. Itโs not Kins fault. I find it strange when people get upset at the producer when itโs the shipping responsibility (90% of the time). Makes it hard to gauge the real product. Only Con: It is somewhat pricey. You get 11-14 servings from a bottle. Making it about $2.30ish a glass. Not bad. High Rhode does say you need to consume within 14 days. But thatโs fine. Not a deal breaker. Just means the ingredients lose its effects as time goes on so I understand completely. I donโt want to ingest bad preservatives just to make the product last longer. Overall: Iโll definitely buy again. Hoping the price can be in the mid or low $20โs eventually to buy habitually. Mid or high teens would be amazing. Otherwise, $65ish every 3ish weeks is a lot.

High Rhode NO
I would not re-purchase this. I enjoy the experience of this product. But, I could have the same experience from a dose of melatonin for cheaper. It taste awful. I made some of the drink recipes on their website, and the drinks tasted better before I added the High Rhode. The expiration date is kind of a kicker. I do not love that you have to drink it within seven days of opening. It really deflates the purchase of having this. I really wanted this to be a nice replacement for my nightly alcoholic nightcap. Iโm trying to break that habit. With new habits. This is not that new habit. I can make better mock tails without it. For the price, I do not recommend.

Fairly detailed personal review
Okay, originally I gave this a very unfavorable review. But I've discovered a little bit of how to use it and make it tolerable (for me). It was too expensive to throw it away. So I have experiment it a little.. Please note. This stuff is not going to give you some sort of radical feeling. It is very subtle. I use it in conjunction with something like Kratom to increase the effect, since I am looking for something for rest or pain relief. By itself, Makes you feel like you took cough syrup, with a little "whang". The color & packaging is pleasant & it is presented as being something very nice. Somebody did a heck of a marketing job.(I was looking forward to trying it). It says to sip it like a cordial but the only way I can enjoy it, is to take about 6 oz to straight up to & gulp it down, like I used to liquor before I quit drinking 11 years ago. To me it is quite disgusting to drink as a non-alcoholic cordial. I did fill it with non-sugar sweeteners drank it, but that is not pleasant (to me).. I have learned as a relaxing agent, that it can be pleasant, if I down it like a straight drink.... so I'm tempted to keep trying to work on it and see if I can find a way make it work for me. But that is problematic because it is VERY OVERPRICED! So at this time I'm taking some of the onerous language out of my review and bumping it up from a 2 to a 3.

Good taste, no results
My husband and I were eager to try this and unfortunately we didn't notice any different. We mixed it with lemon lime soda and it tasted delicious! But overall it was a waste of money

Welp...that's pretty good.
So, for some background I've recently quit alcoholic beverages and I've been looking for a substitute for social drinking situations. I've been looking something to replicate the "let your hair down", playful and relaxing side effects of booze w/o the actual...yah kno...booze. My taste leans towards tart, bitter or botanical things. I don't like highly sweetened things much, or cocktails that are basically using sugar to hide the booze flavor. A lot of people don't like Kin b/c of the taste. To which I would say...a lot of alcohol isn't the best tasting at first. This tastes a lot like black unsweetened tea that has sat in the sun. Which to me tastes better than most booze. It's also really easy to mix, but you're going to have that left over odd flavor. It's not a bad taste, but I'd say if you don't like botanical flavors or your look looking for something like juice or coke than you're going to either not like this or have to mix it a ton. You can mix it and have it taste pretty good if you like diverse flavors and trying new things. If you're picky about flavors this may not be for you. Now...on to how it made me feel. At first I did like a two tablespoons to a half can of seltzer with a splash of juice. I felt nothing. I went back and did about a 1/4 cup of the Kin to half can of seltzer. About half way through I could feel it. It felt like a nice buzz, and would be great for social drinking. I wasn't dizzy or anything, but it did make me feel a little goofier than normal (placebo or real idk) but I was drinking with a friend and we both enjoyed it...laughed a lot. I would say mess with the ratio to see what works for your body. I would say this is a pretty good product and worth a try. I think it will come down to flavor preference and your bodies response to different drinks. Side note: Not a promotion, just something I've found works for me. If you're looking into something like this I would suggest you also try HOP WTR the 12pk variety pack. It's got no sugar, no side effects and it just makes me feel happy. Also, bonbuz Slow Burn is pretty good and I think the flavor is a little bit easier to blend into your typical cocktail. Kin is good, but I did feel a little off the next day...nothing like a hangover...just not as good as I felt after I drink HOP WTR with is like a flavored seltzer with a lil hop taste. Which is my absolute favorite for now. Happy Sipping!

Had no effect but mixes well
I tried this product a few years ago and really felt a nice "buzzed" effect from it. Unfortunately my friends and I used Kin last week before we went to a concert and none of us felt anything. Literally $36 down the drain and we ended up needing to get cocktails at the concert. It does mix well so it is good for recipes but do not buy as an alcohol replacement.

Great with recommended mixers; perfect for intimate social gatherings
This is my first time trying Kin Euphorics. I first had a sip of it unmixed and it vaguely reminded me of gin because of the bite and the aftertaste. Overall, I would recommend sticking to drinking it with the recommended mixers (which for the High Rhode is tonic water and lime juice). The first we had a 'Kin & Tonic' my partner and I actually cleaned the house...so not exactly a social event. However, we were both feeling really loose and silly during the evening. Kin turned an otherwise ordinary boring night of cleaning into a fun and refreshing experience. I will keep trying Kin & Tonic for future social gatherings. I see the value and love the flavor. Avoiding hangovers is a great perk as well. The ONLY thing that I would change about my Kin experience is the bottle. The bottleneck is not conducive to clean pouring. The liquid dribbles down the side of the bottle and stains the label, which just aesthetically bothers me because the bottle is already so beautiful and I'd love to display it on my bar cart, but it looks a little gross with the stains. Definitely give Kin a try if you're on the fence!

Looks like whiskey, tastes like vomit, feels like melatonin
This stuff is marketed like a booze replacement, which in my mind is both silly and irresponsible. Firstly, the stuff tastes nothing like booze, even though it looks like whiskey. It tastes like sour vomit. If I notice anything, it's that my stomach is upset by the flavor and acidity. It does make you sleepy, somewhat like melatonin. In any case, if you're looking for a booze replacement, this will disappoint. Maybe it will help you go to sleep, if you find drinking a thick brown vomit flavored liquid before bed relaxing. I held off purchasing this until I had enough income to justify throwing money away on a 'pay to play' marketing ploy. Hope you can resist doing the same.
