Personally I felt that the 3 first bands were a bit unuseful... they did lack strenght even for new starters... other than that I was quite happy with the dark purple which is the one I use regularly.

They were as expected from the descriptions.However the bands were graded in strength from1* to 5*. I received two of the 3* and no 4*.Disappointing as I need a 4*They were very reasonably priced and postage cost nearly as much so haven’t bothered to return/ exchange, as I needed them quickly

A reasonably good product. Looks like a good made, not likely to snap if you use it in a proper way.I haven't downloaded the instructions, but there are plenty of videos online. It can be used in a very simple way.

Okay for beginners like myself but not the best quality. Not sure what has went on with my package as the bands were full of dust and were extremely dirty! Currently soaking in hot soapy water to try shift it off. So definitely wash these before using

Needed these for a medical condition to aid recovery. Just the job. Ordered them in the afternoon and they arrived the next morning.5 different strengths to help me.

Haven't had the opportunity to properly use the bands but am really pleased with the fast delivery and packaging of the bands.Was aware of some reviews stating that the "how to use" exercises manual isn't provided however, I've received an email about downloading this so don't have any issue at all with not having the manual integrated within the item. If anything, it's a bonus as it's on my laptop at all times.Really happy, so thank you very much!
