How well does this cut aluminum snd plastic?

I use on wood, does a great job, I'm very satisfied with the saw. For plastic or aluminum I would recommend a hack saw.

Does this Japanese pull saw good for fine woodworking?

I would say, YES. This tool is absolutely fine for moderate wood working as it is a moderately sized and nimble saw, it's almost suited for that, but I would get a smaller saw if you're doing flush cuts on dowels and/or need an ultra fine cut, and to get a larger saw if you're needing to rip down the lengths of boards without any wandering. This saw is somewhere in-between most. It's not wide enough for large/accurate cuts, nor suited for more precise work. You can "make it work" if you really needed to, but in this case, I would try to get the right size tool for the job. = )

How to maintain the saw in good working condition?

To keep the saw in good working condition, it is recommended to clean the saw teeth regularly and ensure that the saw is stored in a dry place. At the same time, the handle and other components should also be inspected and maintained, such as checking for loose fastening bolts and so on.

Is this a flush cut saw?

Due to the offset of the teeth for clearing a wide enough space for the blade of the saw to not bind on itself, I would say no, unless you laid something down to protect the surfaces of your work, because the offset would scratch the surfaces of anything that you were trying to try to cut by laying the blade flat on its side. It lacks the width/height of the blade for ripping down the length of boards without a bit of wandering, but it's great for dovetails and trim. = )
