The straws are sturdy and wide enough to allow a thicker beverage to have …. As example chopped fruit which did not get chopped in blender as smaller as needed.

Smaller width than expected
I thought these were more wide like boba straws but it’s a tad smaller than them. They are sturdy though so I don’t think it will be a problem for the cake I’m making!
