The Lanyard Safety Pop Barrel Connectors are designed for safety and versatility, featuring a breakaway strength of 7-10 lbs. This 50 pack is perfect for crafting lanyards and necklaces, compatible with 550 paracord, and comes with organized male and female ends for easy use.

## Description

Most commonly used for safety breakaway lanyards. Tip: Cut an inch or two off of the 7 inner strands on 550 paracord to make the knot small enough to fit in the barrel. Can be used for ribbon lanyards too. The knot just needs to be small enough to get inside the barrel ends. Total length of the two pieces when snapped together is ~3/4 inch

Great Stuff Love them.  Makes me feel better that none of my creations will ever injure anyone.  Also works as a great Clasp.For paracord you need to gut the ends and tie overhand knots. or slide one end through melt and flatten the pull melted end back into the clasp.
