I bought this umbrella for sun protection, I have had another but it became impossible to put up due to arthritic hands. It seemed a bit fragile but served its purpose.However, this umbrella is much stronger, better quality by far and so quick and easy to use. It is a little stiff to put down but by putting the handle on my stomach and pushing the umbrella towards my body, I had no trouble at all. It fits easily back into it's case, which is very well made. I chose the navy umbrella which looks smart. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending this product.

Small, handy, and provides excellent sun protection.
First thing I noticed was the weight, it seemed more solid than other umbrellas I've owned of similar size. After removing the cover (which has a zip to help with fitting it again after use) I pushed the button and the umbrella was open, just needing a slight push to lock in position.Once open I stepped out into the sun and probably looked like a complete idiot as I kept moving the umbrella from above my head to the side and back again. I was testing to see just how good the UV blocking was, and can happily say it feels at least 10 degrees cooler under the umbrella.I then pressed the button again and this time the umbrella closed, just leaving me to wrap it up and put the cover back on.I'm very pleased with the quality and have since bought a second one for my wife. She is equally impressed by this handy little umbrella.

Looks & feels reliable
Feels sturdy.lovely colour (blue) Very smart and easy to open and close. Not had cause to use it yet. Sure it won't be long.

Not long lasting
This umbrella has not lasted well at all, i have had it for a few years but barely been used as has always been difficult to close down properly. Tried to put it up today and was difficult and now a couple of the spokes have broken so us now unusable. Would not recommend its durability at all. Very disappointed as i have cheaper ones that have lasted much longer.

Good for sun and rain
Really keeps the sun off efficiently was useful when it was hot one minute and pouring with rain the next. I dont know what it will be like if it gets windy, not sure it will stand up to too strong a wind
