Unfortunately, this is for toddlers or a very small child, not a teenager which is who bought this (15yr old daughter) and was disappointed...She did, however, give to her younger sister so it wasn’t money wasted :)

Cute belt - not for girls…
I bought this belt for my toddler because it says if fits waist size 0 - adult size. However, I had to “create” a hole in the plastic so it would stay on her tiny waist and was too long (irritated her) when worn. Super cute belt though … for young teen or woman that likes colorful accessories!!
