Damaged, dirty food grade item!!
Received original order. Filter was dusty/dirty with no protective packaging. This is an item that is used with food!! Requested replacement filter in protective packaging. Replacement filter arrived with no protective packaging, with a smudged/dirty label stuck on the filter directly, and the filter was bent in two places and one side pried up (should be flat). See photo. Amazon, please make improvements to your packing and shipping process!! And ensure food grade items are protected in the appropriate packaging!!

Amazon prime uzywalam w USA przez lata i nigdy nie bylam w takiej sytuacji jak ta. ma nadzieje, że ta opinia bedzie dostepna wszystkim a nie wyczyszczona bo szarpie reputację.
