Give them a go
I normally always wait 6 months or more before writing reviews to make them as accurate as possible and to see the affects long term . But I’ll write what information I can to help now . They are easy to swallow gel capsules so no horrid aftertaste you get from normal tablets . My partners been taking them about a month and a half and has felt slightly better in himself . But will update when it’s been A lot longer .

Seem fine
Only been using a couple of days I am starting to feel the difference already don't know if it's down to these or that I'm dieting and trying to take care of myself either way they same fine to me just a but smelly 🤷♀️
