For my back-length hair, I divide my hair into 4 sections in preparation for my wash then I use only a dime sized amount in each section. This shampoo washes away ALL buildup and dirt easily with a squeaky clean that most naturals are afraid of, but that's your indication that your hair is clean, DUH lol! Again...a little goes a long way and the shampoo alone will last for months, that's your money's worth right there!The Conditioner is amazingggggg! It restores moisture and aids in complete rejuvenation of your tresses! I've been using it for months. The shampoo is the consistency of water & leaves my hair feeling as if I stripped all the natural oils out. I have long, thick hair & this leaves my hair limp, dull, & unmanageable. I honestly chose to go back to the chemical shampoos because of how disappointed I was in this. As a thought to remedy the situation, I suggested to my husband that maybe if I added mouse to my hair it would give it volume again. His reply - you bought that shampoo to rid yourself of harmful chemicals, why would you use another product with chemicals to make your hair look the way it should? And at $20.00 for the 2 bottles, it is a complete waste of money. Sorry Team Naturals. I know your intentions are good.
