Excellent! Beautiful clear glass on my wood stove door in minutes with little effort needed. It works fast and just smells like regular windex, but it's not the same ingredients as windex. This contains sodium hydroxide, not ammonia or vinegar. It also cleaned off the metal clips that hold the glass in place. It took about 3 rounds of spray with very little scrubbing to get it all clean. I just used some cotton shop rags that have some texture to them, and that's as much of a "scrubber" it took. The 16 oz bottle will last a long time, since it takes very little to do the job. I'm very pleased and would recommend it.

This spray is amazing. I have bought numerous glass cleaners for my wood stove door, this is the best. I spray it on, set my fire, wipe glass and it is absolutely clean. No scrubbing at all, just wipe clean. With other products i had to use a scrubber and most times a razor blade to scrape soot off. I cannot praise this product enough.

I used to use another product that is no longer made and was disappointed when I couldn’t find it anywhere. Thank goodness! This product is far more effective than my old stove glass cleaner that used to require multiple sprays, soaks and wipes. This product takes one to two spray and wipes for a nice clear glass. I’ve seen other reviews that complain about the smell. They must have been leaning right over it while they were spraying it to complain. It is a glass cleaner that is removing soot buildup. Of course it will have a smell to it. Even windex and any other glass cleaner I have ever used for windows or mirrors has an odor. It is the nature of the beast. The smell isn’t overbearing. I’ve even used it to remove some soot stains I had on my marble tile and painted wooden mantle surrounding my wood burning fireplace. Yes, it may cost more than some other cleaners out there, but it is well worth the price as I don’t have to use nearly as much of the product to get the job done, compared to my prior favorite cleaner. Skip the rest, buy the best! They have a larger refill size that I will buy next time, when I finally finish the small bottle that is on its second heating season and still more than half full.

This stuff works very well. It’s important to follow the instructions when it comes to stubborn baked on soot as this stuff kinda get absorbed and can only do so much, so spray to keep it wet. Using a brand new single edge razor blade while wet can save some product but that blade has to be new, or you risk scratching the glass. Follow up with Windex when finished.

This works well if you neglect cleaning your pellet stove regularly. I deduct 1 star because if you inhale the fumes of the spray (which is hard not to do) it will make you cough. If you clean the pellet stove regularly (fire pot, ashes and glass every 1-3 days) all that is required is a water dampened paper towel to clean the glass.

I have used several wood stove glass cleaners over the years but none of them worked as well as Meeco’s. I was shocked at how quickly and thoroughly it removed the yuck from the glass! What a great product!

While the product worked well getting the thick creosote and soot off from my woodstove glass door, it did not come with a sprayer attachment - just a plain bottle with no sprayer. That made it difficult to spread evenly on the glass without having to soak paper towels and hold them in place. The picture of the product that I ordered from definitely showed a spray attachment on the bottle.

With ease it keeps the glass on our wood-burning stove clean.

I was skeptical of the $40 price tag on this, but other reviewers said it worked really well, so I took a chance. It is unbelievable how much better it worked that the previous cream Woodstove glass cleaner I had been using. I sprayed it on, and immediately wiped off all the creosote build up. In a thicker spot, I sprayed again, waited no more than 15 seconds, and the rest wiped off easily. It took me about 3 minutes, and one shop towel to clean both of my Woodstove doors, rather than the 20 minutes, several shop towels, and way too much elbow grease I used to need! It stinks though, so maybe wear a mask, and definitely gloves.

This cleaner works great on my fireplace glass. It cleans the smoke and other residue off the glass with little effort.

This product is amazing, no work at all spray on glass and wipe off. Little bit of extra rubbing on the tough spots but cleans in no time at all. Spray and wipe off. Will order again
