Great shorts!
Size small fit as expected. These are loose and stretchy, which is what I was looking for. Fabric is very soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking. Love the zippered pockets on each side. One pocket holds my phone on, and the other holds my wallet/keys with room to spare on both sides. These are loose, so I wouldn't want to run with the phone in my pocket because it would bounce on my leg, but I kept my phone in my pocket without any issues while lifting weights and walking. Waistband is super stretchy and comfy. Love th 5" inseam since I'm pretty short and don't like shorts grabbing my thighs when working out.

Great for exercising
I'm 6'3 and about 212lbs, and the size large fits me perfect. They're not super baggy looking, and they go a few inches above my knee. I do mainly weightlifting stuff with a barbell, and these are great in terms of mobility (not getting in your way or pulling on your knees when squatting), they look very good (I don't have giant legs, but I have muscular thighs from squatting, and they have a nice athletic fit that accentuates this, but they're not super short like runners shorts or some of those bodybuilding shorts that you'll see on here), and they're also great for running for the same reasons mentioned above, as they don't get in the way or hinder your mobility. They also don't have a liner, which can be a pro or con depending on your needs, but usually I find that the liners are hit or miss, so this allows me to wear a comfortable pair of boxer briefs for support. The zippered pockets are also great, as they allow me to just toss my key in there when I go out for a run.The only area for improvement that I can think of is to add some metal eyelets to the drawstring area, as I can definitely see the waistband tearing if you were to pull them like a madman. Also, I think a reflective logo or a small reflective detail would also be nice for runners for increased visibility.Overall, these are amazing shorts, and I am going to order a few more pairs, so that I can use them all week for my workouts.

Excellent shorts that hold up through tough workouts
These are super-comfortable, well-made shorts, that have so far held up through some tough workouts. I do crossfit which puts these shorts through a lot. Barbells are rubbing against them, chalk gets on them, they get super sweaty. So far, they're holding up great. They fit well (get whatever your normal size is). They're easily comparable to some more expensive workout shorts (looking at you Vuori), and at this price point, are a no-brainer.

Great Shorts with Minor Fit Issues for Larger Legs
After a lengthy search for quality workout shorts, I finally decided to try the Anthem Athletics Hyperflex 5 Inch Men's Workout Shorts. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with their performance and quality. These shorts are well-made, offering a nice all-around fit and feel. They're comfortable for a variety of activities, and I've found them to be durable and well-suited for intense workouts. The material and construction seem top-notch, which adds to the overall positive experience. However, I have encountered a small issue regarding the fit, particularly because of my larger leg size. The shorts have a tendency to ride up between my legs during certain movements or exercises. This isn't a constant problem, but it's something I've noticed during my workouts. It's worth mentioning that this might be specific to my body type, and others with different leg sizes might not experience the same issue.Despite this minor inconvenience, I still believe the Anthem Athletics Hyperflex shorts are a solid choice. They're comfortable, durable, and perform well under various workout conditions. Just a heads-up for those with larger legs, you might experience some riding up, but overall, these shorts are a great find.

Very comfy well made shorts
This was the first pair of these shorts I purchased. Immediately I could feel the softness of the material. Wearing them they are super comfy and stretchy. The only thing is the pockets. They have a backward design that takes a bit to get used to. But the plus side is your phone or whatever you have in your pocket is not protruding out into your high. Great shorts for working out or just relaxing by the pool in.

My favorite summer gym shorts
They're comfy and practical thanks to zip up pockets. Jogging and cycling without zip pockets is a bit sketchy if you need to keep your phone on you and this fixes that. They're shorted length, so they breathe great and they also make me ask myself why I didn't start wearing shorts like this sooner: These make my legs look great - wifey can't keep her hands off meI say all of this as a pretty stout guy with a climbing ladders/pulling pallet jacks/lifting 60-100lbs regularly, workhorse build (5'10" 225 lbs). I've read reviews that say these can look a bit too roomy if you're on the slim and tall side, and I'd definitely believe that. These probably fit best of thick boi's

Heavy
I like the fit and length, but the material is too thick and really absorbs sweat. They are more of a lounge around bs a gym short in my opinion.

heavy.
not sure if anyone mentioned before me but these are made of some stretchy material. its not very breathable i imagine as the material is thick .. hold it up to the light and yoiu can barely see light pass through so its probably going to keep sweat inside., its not lightweight enough for what im looking for. Design is nice though, pockets are large and zippers good quality.
