I used the Oxy-Powder because I have chronic IBS with Constipation and I had already been miserable for a week having very few BM. This came in and I tried it that night. Took 4 pills with my filtered water with lemon juice @ 9pm that night. By 4am I was in the bathroom and it definitely did what it was suppose to. I have tried every laxative, enema, pills, you name it I’ve done it and it either made it worse or I ended up in so much pain waiting to go until it happened and feeling much worse then before that I started becoming afraid to eat anything. Well this I had no pain what so ever I just woke up and knew I had to go and it cleaned me out and I definitely felt like my energy came back to me full force and the bloating went away, I lost about 10lbs from that. And I’ll forever swear by it. Best product I have ever found. Also on top of that, the selenium works as well my TSH went from 2.82 to 1.85 I am on thyroid medication very low dose and have been on it since April 2022. I was at borderline mark for under active thyroid and they put me on meds. But I will say that seeing how much the selenium is helping is definitely showing in my blood test. Considering I had been sitting at a 2.82 since last year. I have other products of theirs that I am also taking but will leave a review. Just try it!
