Great magic pill for all sorts of common body and mind function improvement!
Great product!Ultra-fast delivery which was pleasing.At first I took 2 pills which obviously was way too much for my first time so felt slightly nauseous, but the following days I proceeded with taking only one and stayed with the same dosage throughout. The effect was great as I felt more energised, my appetite was reduced and my metabolism went up! Also my mood felt more balanced in a good way.Overall highly recommend to anyone!

Awful. Seriously racing heart rate and palpitations.
I bought these on the strength of the reviews, which were they helped people with sleep, which is not one of my better abilities. I took one tablet about an hour before bed as recommended in another review. This was around 10:00pm.Within 15 minutes I had already started to feel some effects. I went to bed after about 45 mins of taking the tablet and was laying there about to drift off to sleep when without warning my heart started to beat erratically. It happened once and then almost a minute later did it again. I thought, 'this is not right' so I sat back up in bed, and from that point on it was like my heart was trying to jump out of my chest.I went downstairs and had a large glass of water, and by this time as well as palpitations my heart had started racing. I wear an exercise tracker that also monitors my heart rate. My normal heart rate is around 60-65 BPM but it was now pounding away at 110. It went on like this for over an hour and all the time I was continuing with palpitations. I was up to the point of asking my partner to call an ambulance as after an hour I was beginning to get frantic with worry, although to be fair, I was not in any pain so that's what made me not call 999. In all, it took about 2 1/2 hours after taking the first pill for my heart rate to start dropping to somewhere near normality, but it was still going at around 70-75 BPM. The palpitations also subsided, but they continued to happen erratically all the way until I eventually managed to drift off to sleep at about 2.30am. I'd hate to say what might have happened if I'd taken two tablets which is what is the daily dose is indicated on the tablet bottle.On reflection, I feel seriously stupid for buying these and don't understand how they got so good reviews. Other than the fact that I'm 'middle aged', I have no underlying health issues so this was a really scary experience to happen to me.At the end of the day, I have decided that sleep does not come in a tablet and that I need to look at other reasons why I don't sleep well. I'm clearly not going to be able to send them back because I've already opened the packet, but suppose the money is well worth it as it was a wake-up call to not be so gullible on buying magic potions that clearly may do some considerable harm from Dr Amazon.

I have been researching 5-HTP to help primarily with my quality of sleep and bought these for the ingredients and price, not the ridiculous amount of what are clearly, fake reviews.First impressions are ok, took one last night an hour before bed and according to my Fitbit and how I felt on waking, definitely slept better. Appreciate it could just be luck/placebo so will update again if/when I come to order my next batch.Thinking of my wasteline and reading during my research that these are an appetite suppressant I took one at 10am this morning on an empty stomach, I’d usually have breakfast at this time but didn’t think of food until 12pm when I ate, but only because I thought I ought to, not because I was hungry. Almost immediately I felt very nauseous with sweats and lethargy however this passed within 45 minutes. I have read that this is a common side effect but does pass with use so again, I will update after further use.

Slept like a baby
I've used 5HTP in the past, mostly as it helps me sleep uninterrupted, but I'd gone a month or so without it and there was a massive change in my quality of sleep. It doesn't make you drowsy I must add. This supplement has a slightly higher dose than a previous brand I bought but I think this has actually improved my sleep for the better (than a previous lower dose). I couldn't comment on reports of feeling "happier", but for me it's the ease of falling and saying asleep which is the appeal.

Hello there, this is a great product, but beware taking two tablets can make you feel very unwell on day one. So I would start with one tablet a day then build up. I take one a day and feel great, more positive, more energy, great product. I will be buy more .

I used this remedy to hell with my depression. A month ago j was suffering from insomnia for a few weeks and depression afterwards.
