Both sizes were too long for my nose but not wide enough and would not stay in. I have a deviated septum so I need to use it full time when I'm in the house. That's a good portion of the day as well as night. These don't even come close to " Breathe- Right" dilators which is what I've been using and which are less expensive and deliver on their claims. A dilator only lasts a week for me because of constant usage but still worth it for the relief. I'm done wasting money to try other brands . In fact, with the "Breathe- Right", I insert them opposite to what the instructions say and get even more relief. Yes, I could have surgery but when hospital error is the 3rd leading cause of death why risk it?!!
