I use this mouth gel under my upper denture and helps hold in w/o the goo. It’s also helpful for dry mouth too. Great product

I love all the Biotene products especially the toothpaste and mouth rinse. I have severe dry mouth due to medications and using a cpap machine for sleep apnea. I get canker sores, irritation, discomfort and major dryness when I wake up. When I first tried this product I did not use it as directed. It says to put 1/2 inch of gel on your tongue and spread it all over the inside of your mouth and cheeks. I did not believe that such a small amount would be effective so I used twice as much and it didn't help much. Luckily I reread the directions and gave it a shot as directed. Amazingly just that mere 1/2 inch of gel works wonders at coating the entire mouth and providing the comfort and ingredients needed for saliva to be produced. I use the gel twice a day along with other Biotene products and my dry mouth condition is much better. Highly recommend this product and can't stress enough to use it along with all other Biotene products as directed. There is help for dry mouth and the serious problems it can cause.

ive been using this since diagnosis and the only gripe I have is I wish they would make an unflavored version. My mouth reacts badly to mint and to cinnamon so the very gentle mint flavor in this toothpaste is not good for me. But as of today I cannot find a better toothpaste for drymouth so I rotate this with sensodyne. I will say I love their mouth spray for dry mouth. Also mint flavored but really helpful if you have sjogrens and are dealing with dry mouth as a result.

For me, Biotene Mouth Gel works very well, and I am very satisfied with it. The problem is with this particular listing: it calls for two tubes of mouth gel, but I keep receiving only one tube and have to keep returning it. I have ordered this particular listing four times and should have received eight tubes of Biotene mouth gel, but I only received four tubes. Check the price versus the price per ounce and it should be for two tubes, as it says at the bottom of the listing, that this "is for two tubes", but Amazon keeps sending only one tube with this particular listing. the Biotene Mouth Gel is great; there is just a screw-up with the product and the shipping department for this particular order. If I could rate it a star lower I would. Paid for 2 orders which is 4 tubes, only got 2. The 1 star is because of the product description is wrong. If you want to pay more, and receive less than you place an order. The product is great. Definitely recommend the product.

Best for dry mouth ever.

Really helps with dry mouth.

Due to medications I have a very dry mouth but this stuff helps so much! I tried the mouthwash, toothpaste, and sprays and this gel is by far the best and longest lasting out of all of them. This is what I use especially at bedtime because it's thicker and stays in my mouth way longer, definitely suggest this for anyone with a dry mouth!
