We have been to the dermatologist numerous times each time coming away with several different prescriptions all to no avail. We have tried altering his diet, that didn't work. We have tried proactiv. We have tried all the over the counter products it seems like. we even tried pills. Nothing is working.I bought this with the hope that it will clear up his face at least a little bit.On first using it his first response was that the smell was a little overwhelming. Its strong and doesn't really smell very good. Not necessarily bad but not good either, kind of like medicine and pine mixed together (sorry, i know thats not a great description but that it what it reminds me of). It has a handy pump handle and foams up nicely upon pumping it. It foams a little while massaging into the skin but it more like a lotion as your working it into the pores. No tingling, itching or burning.It was easy to use. Easy to rise off and did not eave any residue behind. He said his face felt smooth afterwards and hasn't noticed any dryness or oiliness yet.I can only hope and pray that this will help his face. He has only used it for a couple days (and nights) but i will post an update in a month or so with any progress or lack there of. For his sake I really really hope it works, the poor kid starts high school later this year and I don't know where to turn next.
