Great bike rack
So as an inexpensive tray bike rack this is great!!! I put my bikes on it and they were tight no moving around at all the rack itself is really well built solid but the thing i like the most is I can take it apart and use the components build a custom bike rack on the back of my camper

Great bike rack
Easy to get bikes on and off. Keeps all bikes nice and secure.

Some parts are weak!!
Used the rack twice and the vertical tie down broke already. Some parts seem okay but some of the pieces are poorly constructed.

Very Reliable
We just purchased this summer for some shore trips. The bikes were remarkedly stable in the rack during the trip which consisted mostly of highway between 65-75 mph. The only thing I wish it had was an option to lower the rack down so I could open the back door of the car without having to remove the bikes. A minor criticism as the rack served the purpose I purchased it very well.

So far so good
So after reading a few reviews I was nervous that putting it together would be tough. I did find a review on you tube about assembly and watched that. However, pretty simple and easy to do. I did have my husband tighten everything after fully assembled. Once assembled mine seemed to easily slide into my hitch without sanding. I do have to pick up slightly to make it easier. We have mountain bikes and the frames made it very difficult and frustrating for me to fit onto a hanging rack. In my son’s words this rack is “easy peasy”. I can get the bikes on hold in place and strap in with one hand. The spots the wheels fit quickly adjust for smaller bikes. So far 20” and 24” fit fine. I do use the extra strap included to make sure everything is secure. I also keep the tool in my car to tighten or take off the rack. Again, this is an easy task. It does not lock, but so far we haven’t traveled too far where I need to lock them. So far so good, nothing negative to report about this rack.

Great for the price
We haven’t used on a long trip yet, but we got three adult and one 25” mtb on it without any issue. They feel sturdy when strapped on. As others said, instructions have no words, just pictures but I had no issues following along. Not a lot of steps and it’s pretty self explanatory. The only part that was slightly confusing was Installation of the plastic covers for the nuts on the bottom of the bike cradles because they don’t look like they’ll fit over the length on the bolt, but I just hammered them on after tightening the nut. It worked.

The nut inside the receiver is only welded on one side, and prone to fail allowing wobble.
Went together well. About 20 minutes. Intuitively made to assemble. Quality is decent, and parts were about what I would expect for the lower price. My only complaint is that the nut The nut inside the receiver used to keep the bike rack from wobbling going down the road is only welded on one side, and prone to fail. The first time I installed and attempted to put on the hitch, the nut broke off. Weld was not properly penetrated. Had to order a replacement bolt kit for $17.

Good rack for a decent price
Great bike rack.. only thing it doesn't have is a lockable chain to secure the bikes to the rack but that can easily be purchased separately.
