No it does not remove the paint.

No I don’t think they will stick. I believe if you put them on concrete, they will only stick temporarily.

Can I apply it to a wooden toy box?

Hi yes if it’s smooth wood it will apply well. The decal is so colorful and pretty. It’s very large. It look as though they were painted on the walls.

Have paneled walls will this look good?

I think it would look great on light paneling or white painted paneling. I put it on my brown paneling in another room....and it looked a little washed out. It wasn't as crisp looking as it is on a light colored wall.
