Setup was a breeze. And most importantly it holds all the items I need. I wouldn't recommend for large documents but for the basics works great. Cash, c.c. jewelry, checkbooks and identification documents. I bought a fireproof envelope and have passport and other documents in there..also one for family photos and a backup hd of my filing cabinet in case the world ends. The anchors work well but I have plaster walls so my dad and brother had to reinforce the wall before installing so it makes it impossible to rip out in theft. I saw people complaining about the door. Truthfully missing the lock mechanism happened only once to me. It's so easy to use I don't understand the gripe. Keypad is super quick and the key is even easier to use. I did place a sticker on the front of the cover because I don't like the brand logo. The inside glass is gorgeous!!! So easy to see jewelry and makes it look expensive. I want the larger size for my office but it's not available right now. I really love the lining and shape. It did arrive dented on the back corner against the wall but no one will see that so I don't mind enough to return. It has weight and the door is sturdier that I thought. Doesn't feel cheap at all. On the contrary the velvet lining is lovely!! Looks great in my bedroom closet. Absolutely love it!!!!

This is a GREAT safe. Thick, sturdy, and 3 different ways to get into it if one doesn't work (fingerprint, pin, and key). Perfect size. Big enough to put all your important items but not too big that it takes up your entire room. Not only is the safe fantastic but the customer service is excellent. I emailed them with a few questions and they replied immediately and helped me within a few minutes. I will definitely buy from this seller and company again. Thank you Yilong!

Really like the biometrics

Beware. The Safe seemed really cool. When I first got it the first month it worked perfectly i set a fingerprint setting for my wife and I. One day, my son, which is nine years old was like oh let me try and open your safe. I said you can’t impossible. Your fingerprint is not on there and he tried and it opened. I was in shock. I had him try every finger on his hand and it worked every time I had guest over because it was a party and 10 guest all tried and all their fingerprints worked on my machine, I am very shocked because valuable stuff in there. I have a gun in there if my nine year-old son died and didn’t know how severe it was. It couldve Cause something that involved death. I’m not sure of the legality of it, but if my Safe was tested and showed that any fingerprint could work on it without being programmed I’m sure there’s some type of lawsuit that would happen against this brand. I’m not mine or other people are experiencing this after a couple months but double check your saves and see if random fingerprints will allow it to open.

I’d consider this like a privacy safe. When you want to keep things out of reach or view. Not sure how it would hold up against serious theft attempts or fires/floods. The key hole is a little hard to get to(maybe thats good?). Set up was easy. Its easy to get in and out. Fingerprint had no issue and is a quick way to shut off the alarm that triggers when you accidentally bump into it. The safe is fairly heavy. Inside fully padded, sturdy glass shelf. Only draw back is the inside light shuts off too quickly, otherwise its great for privacy.

Nicely finished and looks sleek and modern. It will keep the average thief that is looking for a quick opportunity to grab something from your house, but not a thief that has the time or hand tools to work on it. I find the fingerprint opening is not always reliable and could take several attempts to open. The numbers pad works without flaw. The alarm is a joke and doesn’t even wake up my dog. Overall, if your looking for a bookshelf safe to hold things you don’t want the maid or repairman to snatch up then this works well. Don’t forget to bolt it down, or it can easily be picked up and taken. If you don’t care what it looks like, then you can save some money and get a cheaper one that has the same level of protection, but I like it for what it does.

Bought this safe for Christmas, and so far we’re very happy with the purchase. We initially had some questions about bolting it to the wall, but the company was very responsive and helped walk us through the process. As a matter of fact, the company was so responsive as to get an answer back within 5 minutes every time, along with videos & step by step instructions. As for the safe, it’s beautiful inside & out! The fingerprint sensor works great. It’s super fast and the auto-open is a really nice feature, as is the numeric touch screen. Also nice to have so many backup opening devices like the battery pack and fail-safe key in case the batteries die. The auto-close works just as well, so you’re never in doubt as to whether you left the safe unlocked. One other nice thing I discovered while bolting it in, is an anti theft alarm that goes off whenever the safe is moved. It’s not super loud, but it’s easily loud enough to hear from another room & trigger a security cam alert. All in all it’s a great safe… the only sad part is that it will most likely be nicer than anything I ever put in it. 😂

Very nice, works well. The manual was helpful for setup. Most importantly - I was able to put a Bluetooth tracker (chipolo) inside and it is able to send/receive. So this is a not a total faraday cage, I'm able to track the safe if it was stolen via Bluetooth. Other radio frequencies and GPS not tested.
