My work trucks can be extremely loud and I can't hear my audio books with the blue parrott. This one is much louder and better quality sound. The microphone is also better quality. People can hear me really well and almost no background noise at all even at the loudest parts of my job. The right ear piece goes on / off very easily if you need just one ear. Battery life is 4-5 days of using it for 12 hours a day. Charges quickly, and it uses the usb c cord same as my phone so I don't need to carry a second cord anywhere. This is my second one. The first one lasted 5 years of heavy use and abuse, and it still works it just looks super beat up and the foam is disintegrating on the ear pieces. Will probably buy another one after another 5 years.

I primarily use this headset with either my PC or iPhone, as a conference call participant. Audio I hear is excellent. People who participate on the call say my voice sounds fine.I occasionally will use this headset while driving. To do this, I'll detach one of the earphones, as designed. The device does a great job suppressing environmental noise encountered during the call, according to folks who are on the call with me. I can hear fine too.The device easily lasts a week of charge, when joining a few calls each working day. there is still plenty of available charge left at the end of the work week. I charge it anyway, so i avoid the risk of running out during the following week.It is comfortable. I can wear it for an hour-long call without feeling uncomfortable.Listening to a movie or music is also fine.Overall, this headset does everything I want it to. Five stars.

I use this when driving a semi. The over the ear cushion is the best design for a noisy cab. These usually last 2-3 years before the bluetooth connection gets flaky. The quality is so good, I replace with the same. For the first time, my last set died due to my dog chewing them. This time I went with the Ultimate (2 ear) model even though I usually just use it in one ear. This is the lightest model I've purchased to date. I'm a huge fan of Blue Tiger headsets, and will likely buy another one when this one finally wears out or suffers damage.

The fit is easily adjustable. The sound is great. Noise cancelling works well. It comes with a great case for traveling. The earpiece is very easy to remove and put back on.My issues with this are the formatting of the manual for printing, and there is no clear instruction on how to turn the headphones off and on.For the manual, please either include it with the headphones or re-format the booklet to not waste so much paper - each page of the very tiny-sized manual fits on one letter-size sheet, wasting about 90% of each page printed.The second issue involves just adding one line to the manual to show how to push the center button to turn the unit on/off. Fortunately, the battery is awesome and I will use these almost every day. But, it would be nice to give the unit a rest.

in less than 2 months microphone will not stay where you put it and sound quality on other end is poorafter my review I was contacted by customer service very quickly and with a simple phone call and proof of purchase Blue Tiger warranted my head set and are sending a new one. Customer service could not be any better hopefully the next headset will be the quality they are known for

I purchased this 8 months ago and, I take very good care of my headsets and, this one is pure garbage. I'm a truck driver so I need these headsets so that I could talk to my wife at night while I'm driving. I went to put it on and it snapped in half. This isn't the first one from bluetiger that has broke so easily and, it is getting old. I don't understand why their quality has went so bad but, it has gotten horrible. I've used bluetiger for years and, I have never had headsets that broke this easily when, all I did was grab it. For the price that we pay, they shouldn't be breaking this easily. My wife has a cheaper headset that she uses to listen to music with her anxiety, and it seems to be a lot better and, it's a lot stronger than the blue tiger headset that costs more than 6 times what I paid for hers. I think this will be my final Bluetiger purchase..I will just buy the cheap one like my wife has. She dropped her headset over 10 times and it's still working perfectly I just grabbed my bluetiger and it's broke.🤦‍♀️

It works better than I had hoped. Easy to pair with my phone. Headphones are comfortable, and audio quality is great. Well worth the price.

This is my second pair because I wore the other one out. The old one still works, just has cosmetic issues after 6 years of use. Great for truck driving. The battery lasts for a couple weeks before recharging. Crystal clear and comfortable makes this a product a worthy second purchase.
