Very easy to cut and apply. It seems quite strong, and able to hold quite a variety of outdoor items in place. Be aware that the adhesion tends to be lacking on rough surfaces, like cement. I tried to attach plastic stair lights to my cement steps, and that was not possible. They stuck to the painted stairs just fine.

This velcro is definitely heavy-duty. I used it to hang one of those hanging screen doors and it works very well. For this project you'll need more footage, about 6 more feet. I had to buy more. Overall, it's a very good product.

I used this to make winter covers for my crawl space access vents. The only drawback is that unlike other Velcro and Velcro type products, the protective plastic over the adhesive is almost impossible to remove. Other products like this have the plastic wider than what it covers so it is really easy to remove. This product has the plastic the exact same width as the adhesive, so you almost have to fight with it to get it off. Tip, bend the corners of the pieces back and forth to loosen the adhesive, and use fine tipped tweezers to pull it off at the loosened corner.

I have bought this several times now because it works so well for my needs. I had a squirrel or raccoon chewing on my new gray Azek deck steps. I had the company come out and replace the step. But to keep it from chewing on it again I bought this Industrial Outdoor Velcro Tape. I stuck the hard (toothy side) to the place where they could get to to chew. It has been on there now for several weeks through rain and 100 degree weather and still holding great. I also took the softer strip and put it on other places on the deck where they could possibly chew. It has also held up great. AND it blends in with the deck so you don't notice it. Highly Recommend!

Very strong & sturdy hold between the velcro, The adhesive worked great on plastic, but poorly on fabric. Hot glue worked to attach it to fabric. I used three strips each to hold tablets inside of their cases. The straps built into the cases kept hitting on the buttons, so I cut them out. The adhesive affixed securely to the back of the tablets, but the inside of the cases were covered in fabric and the velcro pulled right off of it. I used a high temperature hot glue gun to attach the velcro to the fabric on the inside of the tablet cases. That was very secure and it now works great to hold the tablets in the cases when needed. I attached the soft side of velcro to the tablets, so it's not scratchy when the kids take the tablets out of the cases.

The velcro itself is thick and strong. The glue is less sticky than Scotch tape (at least in the product that I received). The velcro is stronger than the glue. I found that the glue in "Industrial Strength 4in x 2in Strips Heavy Duty 10lbs" to much stickier. Maybe you will have better luck than me, but I am sticking with the 4in strips (which I wish were longer).

Queria colocar una trampa de sonido de 1m x 1.2m en una pared de panel de yeso y no queria perforarla, estuve buscando y decidi probar este velcro, funciono muy bien, el que venga en rollo permite cortar las piezas requeridas al tamaño y su agarre es muy fuerte, la trampa debe pesar mas de 6 kilos y no se ha caido en poco mas de un año

I hung an animal skin on my wall with this about 4 months ago and it still hasn’t fallen
