Product packaging: LOVE that NO PLASTIC was consumed when packaging. All recyclable materials were used. Product: the travel case is sturdy and convenient and small enough to fit in any purse/bag (big enough to not be able to fit in any **women's** pants pocket). I love that the knife comes in a silicone sleeve (it is, to my surprise, sharp). The spoon and fork are the perfect size, just a little smaller than your standard utensils at home. The pieces you screw together are flawless and easy to assemble. This product seems to be of high enough quality to last a lifetime. P.s. it also came with a cute little turtle to prop a utensil on so you don't have to place it on a surface ;)

Easy to carry and put together. Nice color. I had it for a few years now, so it’s worth the price and you get a fork, knife and spoon. The knife is like a normal dinner knife and it’s all metal. The only thing I didn’t like is screwing it to put it together and sometimes it’s still a little loose. Overall, I would recommend.

I’m really glad that I ordered this travel cutlery set for my trip next month to Japan. Chop Sticks and I have never gotten along with them hopelessly crossing each other at the tips and me dropping food more than successfully reaching its intended target. With this elegantly designed set, I can eat without making a spectacle of myself and bringing shame to my hubby for sharing a meal with a klutz. I must say that this is not a lightweight package due to the heavy duty box and sturdy cutlery pieces. I do like the fact that the box is strong and durable which means that it should travel well….although I did also buy the silicone box cover to protect it from scratches and dents. Rather than lugging the cutlery pieces around in the box in my purse while out and about, I think that I will lighten the load and use a zip loc bag instead. As far as function is concerned, the serrated small knife blade worked very well; the tips of the fork tines are a little blunter than I expected but didn’t present any difficulty using the fork; the spoon felt a little strange in my mouth and could have been shaped with a softer edge but again gets the job done. All the pieces screwed together easily with the included silicone sleeve and if tightened sufficiently should keep them securely together. Screwing together by fingers alone is not going to do the trick. And you must not wash the cutlery in your dishwasher…..hand washing only. I anticipate that I will enjoy this cutlery set for years to come and hope that you do as well.

This is a useful, well thought out, product. The storage is easy to carry. Assembling into sturdy utensils goes quickly. I use for times when I want a nice utensil or to eschew using cheap, often inadequate utensils when traveling. Especially if I doubt the cleanliness of public layout of other utensils (this applies at some restaurants too). I get frequent compliment on these and have given as gifts. These are a bit heavy, so I do not carry on say backpacking outings, yet that heft is what makes them feel good to use. One improvement I suggest is making the screw joints a bit tighter. These can slip a bit if the user doesn't really bear down in assembling. An alternative might be a drop of locktite to give some resistance to the screw joint. I have not done this personally yet as not found source for just a few drops of locktite for its cost otherwise. Speaking of cost, this is not an inexpensive product. I don't agree they are too expensive. They are made well of good materials, to good design. You get what you pay for generally.

Been using a wooden set of utensils for work lunches but was so done with using them without a proper case. Was on the lookout for a proper set of utensils with a case when I found these. And let me tell you!! I’m so happy I found these. They’re heavyweight (in a good way). I feel like I’m actually eating with a proper spoon and fork. They feel very well made and screw on well every time. The only downside is the handle is a bit on the thin side but I understand why and it’s not a big deal for me.

My favorite thing is the tiny tin fits easily and amply in my “Wild Wolf” water bottle holder For many years now I’ve traveled with various permutations of water bottles,cutlery, and other non-disposables I’m always trying to make my compartments more compact and convenient These make it soooooo much easier Small draws backs: Slightly heavier to carry-yet the overall weight of the utensils speak well of their durability You have to assemble them each time Again this is a small thing and since this is why they take up less space so it’s actually a net positive The price is a little daunting however I plan on getting many years use from them So far they’re easier to clean-better than any other set I’ve had including a “sea-to-summit” version that albeit were nice but coated I ordered the “TSA” approved knife attachment as I will be flying with these A bit pricey too, however in the long run I imagine well worth it I strongly encourage people to make the move towards these. I would love to see ALL disposable cutlery abolished and thought of as a quaint reminder of our consumerist past. Even the “eco -friendly “ degradable versions aren’t all that eco friendly Remember they have to be made in the first place which requires more energy than washing these off when you’re done 👍🏽

I really hate the hospitality industry going to wooden cutlery. I understand why but I find I’d rather not eat than put a wooden spoon or fork to my mouth. This compact set is perfect for my needs. It fits perfectly in my purse or car. It’s tiny when it’s in its case. However, when assembled, it’s sleek and elegant. Love my purchase so much that I bought a set for my kid. I rave about this where ever I go.
